Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years to use this service.  By using this web site you indicate that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Photo shoot cancellation

If you need to cancel your photo shoot, and you notify us at least 36 hours prior to the time of the photo shoot, we will refund your payment in full. There is a £45 non-refundable fee if you cancel less than 36 hours prior to the photo shoot. If you do not contact Perfect Dating Profile and do not attend your photo shoot at the agreed date & time you will not be eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule your photo session, you must do so within 30 days of your original photo shoot date. If you do not attend your rescheduled photo shoot, we will not be able to reschedule your photo shoot for a third time and you won't be eligible for a refund.

Photo shoot refunds

If you do not like any of the 10 watermarked photos uploaded by your photographer after the shoot and wish to request a refund you must communicated this by email to within 14 days of the 10 photos being available for preview. We will give you a refund for the full amount paid. No refunds will be entertained for any reason after this period. Selecting 5 non-watermarked photos for download means you are happy with your photos, and are therefore no longer eligible for a refund.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Dating Profile, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, due to or arising out of your use of the Service.

Photo quality

Perfect Dating Profile aim to contract the best portrait photographer for you and get you the best portrait photographs that we can. Although every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction, individual results may vary. Final photos are made available at 500 pixels wide which is ideal for internet use. If you require prints these can be sourced from the photographer directly following your photo shoot.

Photo rights

Perfect Dating Profile reserve the right to display any photos taken through our site for the purpose of promoting our services.

Profile writing

Perfect Dating Profile aim to provide an exceptional online dating profile writing service and is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any profile review or writing service. Perfect Dating Profile will do their best to satisfy every customer in a reasonable way through repeated profile revisions, up to a maximum of three, after which the profile will be deemed complete. If after three revisions you're still not satisfied with our work, we may in certain cases, on review of the details, offer a full or partial refund. We can only work with what's briefed to us and additional information / ideas introduced as we go along mean a new scope of work and may incur additional charges.
