If you must cancel your photo shoot and you notify us at least 36 hours prior to the time of the photo shoot and we will refund your payment in full. There is a £45 non-refundable fee if you cancel less than 36 hours prior to the photo shoot. If you do not contact Perfect Dating Profile and do not attend your photo shoot at the agreed date & time you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to reschedule your photo session, you must do so within 30 days of your original photo shoot date. If you do not attend your rescheduled photo shoot, we will not be able to reschedule your photo shoot for a third time and will not be eligible for a refund.
If you do not like any of the 10 watermarked photos uploaded by your photographer after the shoot and wish to request a refund you must communicated this by email to within 14 days of the 10 photos being available for preview. Selecting 5 non-watermarked photos for download, means you are happy with your photos are therefore no longer eligible for a refund. We will give you a refund for the full amount paid. No refunds will be entertained for any reason after this period.
