Photographer agreement

Parties

This agreement is between:
Smart Events Ltd, trading as Perfect Dating Profile
Rickyard Cottage, Wightfield Manor, Apperley, Gloucestershire. GL19 4DP

Any photographer completing the online registration form following acceptance of this agreement..

Definitions

1. PDP  - Perfect Dating Profile
2. Photographer  - A photographer completing the online registration form
3. Photographer’s Fee - If VAT registered £40 plus VAT, if not VAT registered £40 no VAT. For example:
   
   Customer price = £80 inc VAT
   Customer price exc VAT = 80/1.175 = £68
   VAT = £12
   
   VAT Registered Photographer = £40 + 12/2 = £46 inc VAT
   Our web site will auto-generate VAT invoices for both parties.
   
   Non VAT Registered Photographer = £40
   
   
4. Customer - a customer of PDP

Terms

Photographer agrees to:

1. Contact Customers by phone, within 48 hours from receipt of the Customer's details by email from the PDP website.
2. Take sufficient pictures to be able to upload 10 good pictures for the Customer after the shoot. (The pictures should show the Customer as casual, relaxed, friendly and inviting, which are qualities most highly valued in online dating photos. The pictures should not be stiff, formal, glamorous, cheesy, stark and rigid.)
3. Photographer will choose the 10 photos for the customer. (This is so the shoot time is not extended making it less profitable.)
4. Photographer will not give the Customer any digital pictures by any means other than via the PDP website. (The Photographer may make the Customer aware that print options are available direct from the Photographer at a later date.)
5. Photographer will upload 10 images via the PDP web site directly after the shoot.
6. Uploaded images should be maximum quality RGB 72dpi JPGs at a minimum size for portraits of 1000 pixels wide and landscapes at 1500 pixels wide. (PDP will only make these available to the Customer at 500 pixels wide.)

PDP agrees to:

1. Take Customer’s details and secure payment prior to notifying the photographer of an order.
2. Pay the Photographer’s Fee at the beginning of each month for completed orders.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by email notification to the other party, subject to completion of any outstanding orders.
