The full fee for a shoot like this is around £200, but by buying in bulk in this way, we’ve managed to secure the very same service for just under £80 - a fraction of the cost. Who will take my pictures?
Our photographers are the very best the UK has to offer in professional digital photography. There’ll be no cheap-looking holiday snaps, neither will you get cheesy glamour shots. Not everybody has the skills and experience needed to shoot this kind of work, which is why we’ve scoured the country for the level of expertise we demand. Top
Where do I go for my photo shoot?
The session will take place either at the photographer's studio or at a pre-arranged location nearby, which could be your home, or somewhere near to where you work; whatever suits. Small additional travel charges may apply for some locations. Top
Help – what am I going to wear?!
Something you feel comfortable in will help you to relax and look your best on the day. Think carefully about the image you’d like to portray, perhaps ask the opinion of friends you trust to select something that really flatters. We’re here to help - check out our tips if you need more advice. Top
What happens if I don't like my photos?
We want you to be 100% delighted with your photos. If for any reason you’re not, we’d like to arrange a re-shoot for you at no charge, and if that doesn’t appeal, we’ll gladly refund your costs. Should you remain unsatisfied, no refund is payable after the second shoot, so do remember that it’s your responsibility to discuss fully with your photographer what kind of photos you’re after, to ensure he or she understands your brief. Optional services are non-refundable. Any complaint should be communicated in writing to within 14 days of the photo shoot. No refunds will be entertained for any reason after this period. Top
Will my photos be re-touched or digitally enhanced?
Only if we feel that the lighting, shadows, contrast or colour in your photos need to be enhanced or modified to improve the shot. We do offer photo retouching services if that’s something you feel you need – bad skin day? Don’t worry about it – we can erase all trace of that pesky blemish! Top
Do I have to pay for this digital enhancement if it is required?
No. Reasonable digital enhancement is free.

Can I give feedback on the standard of service?

Do I get prints or high resolution images?
