I'm sociable, and love to have fun, but don't really like going to noisy nightclubs. I do love nature though, and often meet friends for hiking at the weekend.
Outgoing and eminently approachable, I'm also reflective and thoughtful at times, and not really the extrovert party girl. That's not to say I don't know how to let my hair down - I love to have fun, but you'll find me infinitely more passionate about a vigorous hike through breathtaking scenery than a noisy late night soiree jostled between strangers in a club, no matter how hip the joint. That's just not my kind of fun.
I like going snowboarding, and have been known to do skydiving in my free time.
I seize every spare moment I can to indulge my passion for exhilarating activities; tearing through glorious fresh powder strapped to a snowboard, hurling myself head first out of a plane at 15,000ft...
I'm a very content person, but would love to meet that special someone. I have fun hanging out with my friends, a picnic in the park, if the sun's out and the sky's blue then it's getting close to perfect.
I love my rich, full life, and would love even more to share it with someone who makes my heart sing. Nothing makes me feel more alive than a fresh breeze outdoors, spring blossom overhead, and the time to enjoy a glass of wine with stimulating conversation and laughter in the company of a few close friends.
I recently changed jobs to become a teacher and although it challenges me to the max, I'm enjoying it very much. Life now has real purpose; I find motivating young individuals extremely satisfying.
After a recent career shake-up, I found myself plunged into the turbulent and feisty world of the teenager - just two years into my new job as a teacher (chemistry, secondary school) and I absolutely love it! And how many people can say that with such gusto?! I get such a kick out of connecting with and motivating some truly great young people, and love that I'm giving back to the community; life now has real purpose.
